Sam Wilson

President/CEO
Sam has nearly 35 years of experience in the Refrigeration Industry, getting started as a Refrigeration Technician for Refrigeration Design in 1979. He did his Apprenticeship with Hill Refrigeration before moving on to Hussmann Sacramento, where he spent 25 years, working his way up to Project and Installation Manager.
Sam started RSI as a small shop, focused on customer service and building strong, lasting relationships. RSI has grown to become the premier Refrigeration company in Northern California and the Sacramento Valley.

Marcus Wilson

Business Development
Marcus grew up around the refrigeration industry, spending his summers in the field learning the trade from the ground floor.
Marcus joined RSI full time after earning his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Marcus is currently working towards his MBA at UC Davis, Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Strategic Management, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurship.

Chelsey Charbonneau

Office Manager
Chelsey rose up through the ranks at RSI, growing with the company and learning all of the in and outs of the business from taking customer calls and dispatching techs to ordering parts to managing the company finances and accounting department.
Chelsey is currently working towards her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting at California State University, Sacramento.

Bob Fitzgerald

Operations
Bob has been in the refrigeration business for nearly 40 years. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento.

Bob started in the refrigeration trade in 1973 as a technician for Hussmann in Sacramento where he quickly moved up to Construction Manager and later Director of Western Region Operations and then National Director of Operations of Ingersoll Rand (Hussmann). Bob later became director of West Coast Operations for Hill Phoenix before joining RSI in 2011 as Construction Manager.

 

Rich Radice

Sales Representative
Rich was introduced to the Refrigeration trade through working on Hussmann Cooling towers for Dubois Chemicals. Soon after, Rich went to work for Hussmann as a service tradesman specializing in Energy Management, eventually becoming a Journeyman and then Project Manager for Hussman Sacramento.
Rich came to RSI as our field sales representative, building close relationships with customers and helping them find solutions to their various needs.

Christina Nino

Administrative Assistant/Dispatch
Christina started with RSI as receptionist only last year, quickly picking up on the industry jargon and eventually mastered scheduling and dispatcing our entire fleet of service technicians while continuing to handle customer relations and place orders for the service department.
Christina is currently working towards her degreee in accounting, taking classes at night.

Lloyd Yeates

Inside Sales Representative
Lloyd joined the RSI team in 2011 as a newcomer to the refrigeration industry with a strong background in commercial and industrial sales.

Lloyd has taken on the challenge of learning a new industry with tenacity as he does with everything in his life. Lloyd has a passion for talking to people and learning their needs and desires in order to provide them with the perfect solutions.

Cary Hopking

Construction Foreman
Cary was one of the original RSI employees that came over from Hussmann with Sam in the early stages of RSI.
Cary served his apprenticeship under Sam while at Hussmann, eventually becoming a Journeyman and finally the Construction Foreman at RSI.
